FTS-2 Optical Modelling

  • Reverse raytracing was done to determine the actual view from the SCUBA-2 arrays with the FTS in the beam. The following animations show the spillover (on one side of the interferometer) as a function of mirror travel from -200 to 200 mm and back again. Refer to the INO report for details of the reverse raytracing.
